Honestly, I was pretty doubtful about making a purchase from this site. I've been duped in the past, and I thought it seemed too good to be true that a UK website had an MK purse available, especially since it's been out of stock in the US for about six months. But I decided to take a leap of faith; I really wanted that bag and couldn't find it on eBay or anywhere else. To my surprise, it arrived in just five days from the UK! I got timely shipping updates and even received a text when it showed up earlier than I expected. I'm absolutely thrilled with this site, and I'm sharing my experience for anyone else who might be feeling skeptical like I was. It's definitely not a scam; everything went smoothly, and I couldn't be more satisfied!

A little over a week back, I picked up the Ash white trainers with a zip for 76 pounds. I gotta say, I really dig the style, but as soon as you start using them, black marks show up on the trainers from the zip.

I brought this up to the company, but they brushed it off and didn’t provide any help.

I got in touch with their customer service team, but they were really unhelpful and seemed uninterested in fixing the problem. They quoted me returns policies that don't align with consumer rights. I'm really let down and won't be shopping here again or suggesting it to my friends. This is honestly the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

I bought a pair of ASH shoes from this site and was really taken aback when I got a pair that was obviously damaged on one side. They included a slip that says you can't return anything without a return authorization code. Fair enough, I guess. I sent them an email with photos of the damaged shoes and waited for the return code. But no reply. I followed up three times over two weeks and still nothing. Plus, the slip mentions they won’t take returns after 14 days. If I hadn’t used PayPal, I can only imagine how much longer this would’ve dragged on. I opened a case with PayPal, and surprise, I finally got a response—once they had to hold their funds. I asked for a return label, but nope, I had to cover the return shipping myself. I also asked for a refund on my postage, and they said they’d check the shoes and refund me accordingly, even though I had already sent them pictures showing the damage when I got them. PayPal refunded me after I proved I delivered the shoes back, but Brand a la XXXX decided not to cover my costs. Honestly, good luck to anyone who decides to shop with this absurd company.
